🤝 Experience true Net-Weaving: You will connect genuinely with other people who, like you, want to grow and support each other. Zero superficial small talk.
🚨 Limited spots available.
Growing a business requires courage. Leading it with authority requires so much more.
You got here with your vision, your talent, and countless hours of hard work.
You have an incredible business and you know your product or service transforms lives.
But no one prepared you for the mental exhaustion of constantly having to "sell yourself."
You walk into networking events, someone asks "What do you do?", and suddenly your mind goes blank or you start rambling.
Do you struggle to summarise all the value you offer in a clear, powerful message?
Do you feel anxiety or imposter syndrome when you have to speak in public or pitch your business?
Are you exhausted by traditional networking events that feel cold, transactional, and superficial?
Do you feel that the communication tools you used to launch your business are no longer enough to scale it?
This doesn't mean you aren't a good leader or that your business lacks potential.
It means that communicating your value under pressure is a skill, and no one ever gave you a safe space to practice it.
It’s not your fault. The rules of the game have changed.
The skills and tools that helped you launch your business are not the same ones you need to take it to the next level.
Traditionally, we are taught to memorise a rigid, corporate "elevator pitch." We are told to just "fake confidence."
But when you are a founder, your business is personal. The process of articulating who you are, what you do, and why it matters isn't just a sales strategy; it is deeply emotional.
The problem is that we try to practice our voice in environments where we feel judged or where the only goal is to hand out business cards.
The question isn't whether you have good ideas. The question is: How do you get the world to listen without nerves silencing you?
There are incredible opportunities we miss simply because we don't know how to communicate our power. That is exactly why we created this space.
Leadership Skills for Founders is an in-person experience designed for learning, connection, and growth in a safe, dynamic, and judgment-free environment.
As official Collaboration Partners for Queensland Small Business Month (QSBM), we are working alongside the Queensland Government to bring this practical, tailored support directly to founders in Brisbane.
This isn't an auditorium where you just sit and listen to theory. You will be actively guided through the Speak Out Loud method to regulate your nervous system and structure your message.
Plus, you won't just hear from experts. You will hear firsthand from other local founders sharing their authentic stories of resilience, and from established business owners bringing specific, actionable leadership strengths to the table.
